The receptionist was polite and helpful over the phone when booking my appointment, and when I arrived there I was warmly welcomed. I instantly felt more relaxed upon arriving. The place was spotless, smelled wonderful, and was beautifully styled. Natasha was an incredible massage therapist. She was polite, professional, and open to feedback. I felt like an entirely new person after an hour with her.
